Today the Mid and West Wales Regional Safeguarding Board publishes the report of the Extended (Hybrid) Adult Practice Review Re: CWMPAS 2 2020 in conjunction with the Extended Child Practice Review, CYSUR 4 2020 in relation to a child and a vulnerable young adult who are residing in Ceredigion.
The Review has been undertaken in accordance with statutory legislation set out in the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 and accompanying guidance Working Together to Safeguard People – Volume 2/3 – Child Practice Reviews/Adult Practice Reviews (Welsh Government, 2016).
